I am Vijay Gadge, currently working as a Manager at ICRES in Mumbai. Alongside my professional career, I have passionately pursued sports, achieving milestones from the district level all the way to the national stage. I represented Maharashtra state twice as a captian of the team and played 13 nationals.
Building on my district success, I progressed to the zonal and state levels. Competing against top athletes from across the region, I earned [mention achievements, e.g., gold/silver/bronze medals, selection in state team, etc.]. These experiences helped me refine my skills and gain confidence.
The pinnacle of my journey was reaching the national level. Representing Maharashtra State at prestigious national tournaments, I had the honor of competing with the best in the country. My most memorable achievement was one day I broke Two stat records which remains a proud moment in my life, one is pole vault and another is Decathlon , Decathlon is combine of 10 events that you have to completed in two days for this we need to have more stamina and power.

My journey began at the young age of 11 year I was in 5th standard, I came from a small village call WADA in Thane district now it is Palghar, I was in sport hostel MR. Nagaraj Rao had started for ADIVASHI Student I have started Athletics practice under VISWAS KULKARNI SIR my first prize is 3 KM Marathon and then I never stop every meet we are the district level, where I first discovered my potential in Athletics, which laid the foundation for my sporting career.
